Will House coal ash bill benefit big contributors or pollution's victims?

Energy and Commerce voted to approve a bill to weaken coal ash standards, and to effectively prevent their enforcement by EPA.  FEC data shows big coal/power industry contributions to bill supporters in 2011, total corporate contributions to all candidates, and more than $40 million in 2011 lobbying expenditures in first quarter.
