EIP and Others Petition U.S. EPA to Object to Flawed Air Pollution Permit for Luminant's coal- fired Sandow Power Plant

EIP’s Petition asks EPA to object to Luminant’s (formerly TXU) air pollution permit for the new coal-fired Sandow No. 5 power plant.  The new coal-fired plant, located near Austin, Texas, does not meet federal air toxics standards.
