March 30, 2010

Sierra Club, Corpus Christi’s Clean Economy Coalition and over 70 parties are celebrating a decision by Texas State Administrative Law Judges yesterday recommending that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) deny a significantly flawed permit application for a petroleum coke plant proposed in Corpus Christi, Texas.
