EIP 15 Year Anniversary Celebration

Saving EPA and our Environmental Laws from the Trump Administration

Monday, November 6, 2017, 2:30 pm

Join us at our anniversary event to celebrate 15 years of the Environmental Integrity Project’s work to strengthen the enforcement of environmental laws, and hear from EPA alumni about what we can do to keep the Trump Administration from destroying an agency that has done so much for public health. Emceed by R. John Dawes, Chairman of the Board of EIP, our panel on Saving EPA and Our Environmental Laws from the Trump Administration will feature:

  • Betsy Southerland, former Director of Science and Technology at the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Water,
  • Lois Schiffer, former General Counsel for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and former Assistant Attorney General of the Environment and Natural Resources Division at the US Department of Justice, and
  • Eric Schaeffer, Executive Director of the Environmental Integrity Project.

It’s your government, so let’s bring back transparency and a focus on protecting public health to EPA.
