EIP ATTORNEY DISCUSSES COAL ASH DISPOSAL ISSUES ON KDKA RADIO, PITTSBURGH

KDKA Radio’s The Chris Moore Show tackled the dangers of improper disposal of coal ash, a byproduct of the burning of coal, and the need for strong federal regulations on its Sunday, April 11, 2010 show.  The show interviewed University of Pittsburgh scientist Dr. Conrad (Dan) Volz, affected community member and Greene Township Planning Commission member Kathy Nelson, and EIP Attorney Lisa Widawsky.
