New Release: Luminant Martin Law Lawsuit Filed

Earthjustice and the Environmental Integrity Project filed a lawsuit against Energy Future Holdings and its subsidiary Luminant Corp. (formerly TXU) in federal court.  The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the Sierra Club, seeks to address alleged ongoing Clean Air Act violations at the company’s Martin Lake coal-fired power plant in East Texas.
