Report: Weathering the Storm
A critical look at how EPA and states address storm water pollution in the Great Lakes. The report analyzes permitting and enforcement in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin, and describes opportunities for states to strengthen their programs by improving compliance data tracking, and through greater reliance on local governments and the public.
