Because of EIP's expertise in factory farm Clean Water Act permitting, the National Commission on Industrial Farm Animal Production solicited EIP input on the issue.  EIP submitted comments detailing the improvements needed in state and federal regulation to ensure that CWA permits protect public health and the environment.
