Coalition of national and state organizations and citizens call on EPA to lift its self-imposed moratorium on Clean Air Act enforcement against industrial animal operations (CAFOs).  In their letter, the group urges EPA to follow up on enforcement actions started by the Clinton Administration and to initiate new investigations at specific operations in CA, ID, IA, KT, ME, MI, OH, UT, and WI.
