The Environmental Integrity Project (EIP) has identified a file conversion error which caused the values of a number of penalties or supplemental environmental projects (SEPs) to be misrepresented in the initial printing of "Paying Less to Pollute." EIP is reissuing the Report with the appropriate values. The corrections have little effect on the aggregate annual penalty and SEP amounts reported for each year and do not alter the overall conclusion of the Report. Below are the civil penalties and SEP values from the original Report as well as from the corrected Report.
