Joint study by EIP and the Council of State Governments/Eastern Regional Conference warns that New Source Review "reforms" could increase air pollution 1.4 million tons in twelve states. Joint study by EIP-CSG/ERC warns that New Source Review "reforms" could increase air pollution 1.4 million tons in twelve states. The report also analyzed permits for six individual plants and found that they generally did not contain enough restrictions to limit emissions growth where NSR did not apply.
